Shipping policy

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. (excluding weekends and holidays.) We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. After recieving your oder confirmation email. You will recieve another notification when your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Deliveries are made 10am-4pm Monday-Friday NZT. 

We offer international shipping and shiping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order maybe subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Klutchmiester is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and will be your responsibility as the customer.

If you haven't recieved your order within 10 days of recieving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@klutchmeister.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
